2019 Contest Rules
All entrants must check in prior to fishing, at
registration table by the 2nd boat ramp near the dam campground.
All Colorado State fishing regulations apply, 4 trout bag limit, EXCEPT that
only one (1) trout per participant will be eligible for weigh-in for prizes.
$10 entry any age. Fishing begins at 6a, fish from
shore or boat.
**Only one fish may be weighed in per entrant.
All fish must be weighed in before 3p to qualify for prizes, no
exceptions.**
Top prize awarded for the longest trout (1st tiebreaker: length of tail at
fork, 2nd: girth inches, 3rd: weight). Subsequent prizes awarded for
heaviest fish, 2nd heaviest and so on. Extra prizes (if any) will be given
away in a random drawing during awards ceremony.
